In the summer of 2017, I interned at the award-winning Howard University Radio Network in Washington, D.C. Over the course of my three months there, I produced twelve editions of Artist Lounge, an interview series focusing on the best musicians in adult contemporary and R&B.

I was responsible for acquiring songs and sound effects, mixing each piece, applying signal processing (EQ, compression, etc.), and preparing the final mix for broadcast. In some cases, I also wrote the scripts. (The only thing I didn't do was record the actual interviews.)

Producing Artist Lounge has been a joy, both as a learning opportunity and as a way to utilize my creative and technical skills. Below is a selection of my pieces, chosen by myself and the HURN staff. This page will be updated as more are added.

The series can be heard on WHUR World, 96.3 HD2, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10 pm.
